Policies on Health and Safety

Your child’s health and safety are of the utmost importance to the children’s ministry staff and volunteers at Clairmont. We ask that you follow several simple guidelines to aid us as we strive to keep your children safe and healthy.

  • Children must be signed in and out of each event at Clairmont by a parent. The only exception is that parents do not need to sign children in to Enrichment Time or Children’s Church during the 11:00am service, but they must be signed out after the service. Please help us guard your children’s safety!
  • Please keep your child at home when any of the following symptoms have occurred in the past 24 hours:
    • Fever/Vomiting
    • Drainage from the eye(s)
    • Green or yellow runny nose
    • Frequent cough
    • Diarrhea
    • Questionable rash
    • Sore throat
  • If your child is being treated with an antibiotic, we ask that you wait for 24 hours before bringing them to an event at church
  • If your child becomes ill while in the classroom, you will be notified promptly
