About:

Barbara is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Greensboro with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been director of the Pre-School/Kindergarten at Clairmont since 1984 and became the Director of Children's Ministry in June of 1999.

Barbara has been married to Chuck for 27 years. They have three children, Brian and his wife, Jennifer, Brad, and Amanda.

Besides working with children, Barbara enjoys singing in the choir and playing the piano and violin.

Barbara retired as Director of Children's Ministry in March 2009 to enjoy her new grandson, Dylan, Brian and Jennifer's son.
