At our Family Life Center, we strive to encourage a healthy lifestyle in all of the participants of our leagues & classes. We believe strongly in the principles of teamwork, responsibility, and dedication that go hand-in-hand with involvement in a sports team.

Our Activities Director and founder of Top of the Key basketball, Debbie Miller, offers sports training for youth between 8-18 years old. It features intense on-the-court teaching of fundamentals, game concepts and practical game strategies. Off of the court, sessions include weight training, speed, agility and quickness training (SAQ), as well as mental conditioning. Click here to learn more.
Senior Aerobics and Line Dancing
For those who would like to stay fit but cringe at the thought of running across a gym floor for an hour, how about our exercise classes?
Low Impact Aerobics: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 9:30-10:30AM
Line Dancing: Wednesdays from 1:30-2:30PM
